A news site that updates itself, not the team
Crypto news moves fast, and manually publishing every story isn't realistic for a lean team. The site needed to stay current automatically, without someone copy-pasting headlines all day.
At the same time, it couldn't feel like a raw RSS dump — readers needed a clean, organized layout that made scanning headlines and jumping into stories fast and easy.
Speed also mattered more than usual here: news readers bounce instantly if a page feels slow, so performance was a hard requirement.
