Business directories live or die on two things: how easy it is to find what you're looking for, and how complete the listings feel. A thin, generic directory template wasn't going to cut it.
United First needed a platform that could organize businesses across dozens of categories — from legal services to trades to hospitality — while staying fast and easy to search as the number of listings grew.
On top of structure, the platform needed community features — reviews and discussion — to build the kind of trust that makes people actually use a directory instead of just Googling.
